My first time growing autoflowers hoping to save a drowned sproutling

The first picture should be my Girl Scout Cookies Auto sproutling that is suffering from im sure overwatering/drowning camera wont pick it up but the cotyledons are green on the inside but the rest of the plant seems to be moving very slow as last night it was nearly touching the taproot/stem and now weve got 1.5 mm seperation so she is moving just very slowly, i have it angled so light is touching the green part (hoping some photosynthesis will help)

Second picture should be my Orion F1 Auto both germinated at the same time, i think the GSC was planted too deep and got more water than sunlight, as you can see the orion f1 is thriving both were germed friday, OF1 popped through soil the next day, whereas the GSC didnt make its appeareance until yesterday after watering (soil was dry asf i promise) is there any way to save my GSC? Ive got an oscillating fan on it in an attempt to dry it out enough to bring it back hopefully, like i said the first leaves (cotyledons) do have green in them so there is chlorophyll development…any advice? I also have some Super Glue (aka tacky glue) photoperiods going but they are thriving as well, im thinking the gsc was planted too deep or the taproot had to work OT to correct itself in the medium, thank you new member here trying to give as many details as possible as ik i have limited replies, thanks for any input in advance thank you

Looks fine. Seedlings only need a few ml of water each day.

Welcome to the forum.

Nothing out the norm IMO Growmie, that GSC will be standing up by the end of the day :love_you_gesture:

The pictures are reversed for some reason, as im sure you all can see, ones a proper seedling the other a sproutling, im hoping the sproutling can pull through as the seed wasnt cheap per se for a seed anyways, even if shes stunted somethings better than nothing amirite lol she got alot of water as the entire cup weighed only maybe 8oz super dry (rough estimate) and there were no signs of popping through…fingers crossed she pulls through

Be careful with your watering. Overwatering (too much at once or too often) will stunt cannabis seedlings. Cannabis does far better with dry soil than it will with wet soil.

She just will not stand up, her stem is still greenish, and so are the cotyledons, she just wont stand up, and wlhas made zero progress to opening up to my light…im starting to think shes dyings and keeping her around is just torture…but im keeping my fingers crossed she snaps out of it…soil has plenty of mycorrhizae so im nearly sure (or hoping at least) that root rot isnt at play

1st pic looks like the bark and mulch is is in the way of the cotys turning up. What medium is that Growmie :love_you_gesture:

2 parts peat moss bigger sticks and branches removed as ive found that those tend to cause stress/break point for transplant 1/2 part perlite and 1 part FFOF (basically dilute the FFOF so the nutrients arent overkill but nevertheless there is SOME nutrients in the soil) and i water with a spray mist bottle with PH’d Distilled Water to 6.2 like i said before all other plants are thriving except this one, im thinking i planted the germinated seed too far down, and than in a panic over watered it (as it doesnt take much)

Let Mother Nature do her thing, the seedling should turn upward towards the light from looking at the pic :love_you_gesture:

Here to give an update, here is my Girl Scout Cookies Auto the one that wasnt picking up, i assume when i watered it, she had been displaced due to lack of a proper root system, as it looks like a healed knuckle (like when a branch breaks and it heals itself its like scar tissue) right below cotyledons so i assume when she was displaced her stalk broke and healed, she is alive for now just not doing so good, shes still retaining water after nearly 5 days… she is the same age as this next picture, which is my Orion F1 Auto, which was just repotted after i lifted the solo cup and here there was a root about 2 inches long out the bottom about to touch water (solo cups with holes in bottom sitting inside mason jars with water, i assume the moisture from the container below is what kept the roots alive) didnt know your not supposed to transplant autos…but to be fully honest she didnt even droop and its been 2 days since transplant, and she is flourishing, no stretching so i assume she didnt get shocked too much, i also coated the root ball and transplant hole with Xtreme Gardening Mykos Mycorrhizae, i believe that helped the transition…the peat moss is retaining water too much, if anyone has some pointers for drying out the soil youd be a lifesaver…

Heres the Orion F1 Auto, of same age and like i said she is flourishing, she didnt droop like the super glue photo did, ill show the super glue photoperiod in the next one, the SG-P is a bag seed that miraculously survived going through my Santa Cruz Shredder grinder…which is 1 week older and as you can see the OF1-FA (Orion F1 Feminized Auto) is about to surpass the SG-P within the next few days

Here is my super glue photo (bag seed that made it through the grinder) love how she has big fat leaves, they are now in 5 gallon buckets (now have garbage bags covering the white plastic)with FFOF and a little extra perlite chucked in (maybe an additional 12%-15%)

And here is another super glue one thats not doing so hot (again another bag seed but this one has been having issues from the getgo) if it dies, its no biggie as ive got 1 more orion f1 seed

Thoughts on the grow so far would be very welcomed and appreciated
