Should I let this grow or cull?
If I let it grow and take some clones will the clones have the same issues?
Should I grow the 4 branches it has and top each to give me 8 tops?
Just looking for ideas really wanted to try some

Odd to say the least Brother, personally I would top it above the last 2 side nodes and later take some cuttings at the defoliation before the light flip 
forgot to ask how many nodes below the 2 upper most
It looks like it already “topped” itself. I’d let it go for a week or two, you may not have to top the main stem and can top the what appears to be 2 mains when they have a couple more nodes.
That’s what I’d do… 
I’ll second that… I love a self topping plant…
