About to harvest & cure my first grow. Been reading a ton. Would a moisture meter such as the one below work for measuring during the drying process?
Can anyone confirm or suggest something else?
I know we can’t post link so I opted a picture of an Amazon screen shot. $28 on sale
I don’t use a wood meter (yet) but that looks like the ones I have seen recommended by growers who do.
You can actually post that link. I do believe ive heard amazon and ILGM are affiliated.
Directly from the forum rules
No links to any competing commercial websites.
You can post links to Amazon as they are our affiliate partners.
You can post educational links and youtube links as long as there is no commercial branding, merchandise or links to merchandise offered on the page. If you go to a page at another cannabis website and anything is for sale, a banner to a seed bank, or anywhere that sells grow supplies; You cannot post that link. Links that show tools or supplies that can help member and are not available on Amazon or other approved vendor will be considered on a case by case basis. The ownership of ILGM fully supports helping all growers.
I believe @BobbyDigital uses one: around 12% is your target IIRC.
I use the same one and found this info a while back
That’s the exact one I have. Works perfectly. Looking for 10-12% moisture content on wood setting. That’ll get you to 58-62% rh.
I got one at harbor freight for maybe $10. Works like a charm. It’s small so you can always get it in the tight spaces you need to be checking.
Yes i use that one in fact
