I use the mars11 400 watt. I have 2 of them they have on off veg and bloom switches and I have them daisy chained great lights.

Iām using distilled water only. Perfect at 7.0 every time.
I know there are some folks who say MiracleGro is evil, and bad for pot, but Iāve read plenty by other growers who say itās just fine. And the brand name doesnāt have any affect on the actual chemicals, nitrogen is nitrogen. I donāt see any ingredients that look harmful at all. The only problem I see is that it doesnāt have calcium or magnesium, so I picked up a little cal-mag to make up for it. I know the FoxFarms stuff is specially formulated for pot, but I just go to Home Depot or Walmart and get the cheap stuff. Besides, Iām 120 miles from any major city, so Iād have to order it. Not to mention Iām on a tight budget!
I also know there are a lot of folks who hate Monsanto, but hell, weāve been using Monsanto seed for corn and soybeans since the 70s, so I donāt really have a negative view. Yields are MUCH higher with treated seeds than in the old days when you just used plain old seed (for corn and soybeans, that is). Did I mention Iām a farmer?

Inside they are short and fat. The distilled water is making a boost too. Whatās cannabis strains do you have?
Well, this IS my first grow, so I bought the MG before I learned about FF! So part of it is just me rationalizing. Next time I get soil and nutes, Iāll probably go with some FF stuff.
Iāve got 3 White Widow autos outside, 2 inside, and 1 Golden Leaf that Iām hoping to take some clones from and do a mini-SOG. Iāve got a dozen 2-gallon grow bags ready to go for that, just take as many cuttings as I can over a period of a couple weeks, then grow them another week or two after taking root, then forcing them all into flower.

Thatās good to know. All 3 coming are photos. Want to alternate with autos and photos. When do I start adding cal mag to my autos?
Whenever you start feeding other nutrients, generally 5-7th leaf node or when ever embryonic leaves die off. When embryonic leaves die itās letting you know your plant has a stable strong root base that able to handle small increments of feeding gradually increasing by every other week
Buying water must suck what does it cost ?
.58$ per gallon from WalMart. For 12 it was leads than 10$. This will last 2-4 weeks.
Just a little tip, cal mag will help balance acidity when feeding anything with nitrogen

I am no expert on lighting or even growing I just like to tinker and not frightened to play with stuff like this and there are much smarter ppl here.
Here is one thing I use for mixing nutes I would like to share because I cant lift much anymore and cant bend over making flushing plants really hard. Once a 5gal pot is full I cant move it so I made this.
12v $4 pump with an air bleed
I use the air bleed one for mixing nutes I place it in the bucket or in my case a watering can with the water and turn it on then add the nutes and it mixes it for me and I can leave it over night if needed.
It gets stuck on dry nutes some times but I just turn it off and on to fix that but most of the time the dry nutes just go thru with a crunching sound.
I use the longer hose to suck up nutes out of the catch pan making watering and flushing easier.
I have setup a 12V solar system in my shed so 12v is easy to get but I use the battery to make it mobile with the little mesh carry bag.
Dont mine my messy shed cleaning up the floor is impossible atm.
I flowered the first time with just one but I feel it should be 2, my tent is 1.2x1.2x2 m. The only thing is remember to check the distance from the light to the plant I measure the distance and add on 4 inches to make sure I donāt burn any more leaves.

Yeah your tent is much bigger than mineā¦27"x27"x60"ā¦Iām still thinking about getting another one by the time flowering comes hopefully lolā¦ If not a 400 then deff a 300
