How to make buds dense and hard during late flower? Just a fleeting question.
For dense buds- you will need proper lighting and distance, proper humidity, temp and healthy plant. There are additives or nutrients specifically to help create denser buds but if you maintaining everything in balance, you should achieve dense buds without any additional “help”.
Indoor grow quality lights would be your most important peace of equipment.
I added a UVA light that I run during flower. It seems to help, but it may just be in my head.
To be honest I won’t know if my buds are dense until after they’ve been dried and cured.Isn’t that correct?
Genetics plays a big part too.
Even under the best conditions a plant still may not be dense.
Autoflowers are more likely to be airy than photo period, but not always.
My last plant was a gelato, and the densest, dankest weed I’ve ever grown. All the conditions were perfect from start to finish, and I used an hlg 350r light. Also my biggest yielder. So strain, perfect conditions, and great light is what does it. I grow organic.
I’ve had some airy buds that became dense when cured. I do agree that strain and light plays a big part.
