Thank you, Midwest Guy, I sprayed some Diatomaceous earth around the bottom of the stem. and I sprayed the plant with, Bonide All Seasons Horticultural & Dormant Spray Oil, which I do once a week. I think I will change to Captain Jacks’s Dead Bug Brew; this plant was sitting on my deck 8 feet above the ground in a grow pot around the other girls, now it is out back being quarantined, they are just starting to show signs of flowering. This brings tears to my eyes, because I put so much time, energy and attention, and also love, these plants and I try to do everything to make them HAPPY!!!

It worked! Happier the plant, more attractive to bugs it is. On your next grow do some IPM (insect preventitive maintenance) I spray insectiside outside my apartment, once a month. I also use these spider/crawling insect traps.

Lotsa peeps use yellow sticky traps too catch flying bugs as they land on the surface of your soil. There is more options too. Don’t be sad about your plant, she knows you did everything for love of her, she is under attack now so you know better in the future. This isnt a curse, its a gift.

Another great product if you’re looking for a miticide, insecticide and a fungicide is Growers Ally Crop Defender 3. I’ve used there first two products before they released the crop defender and had to use 2 sprayers. The great part about Crop Defender 3, you can use one sprayer only, completely organic.

Lost Coast Plant Therapy is amazing and harmless to you. Captain Jacks works incredibly well, just not for use in flowering

I bought Captain Jacks dead bug brew dust. I added water and sprayed the plant, and it left white powder on it when dry. is this normal. Can I use it on budded plants @MidwestGuy?

I’ve never heard of the dust and can’t comment on it.

You can either sprinkle it on or add water,
