Said fuck it and trashed all the plants and starting over, clean tent good, wash pots and new promix

Thats not spider mites, you wont see them with naked eyes. Deadbug would have fixed your problem, instead of murdering plants, just murder bugs. Those look like young aphids, others can chime in.
Had aphids and thrips before…its not them and im not in the mood to fight them

Yes, I can see spider mites with my eyes, and they look like that without using a scope. If you smear them, they will leave a small streak.
You have young eyes! 
Nope! I have mid-to old-aged eyes hahaha… I just know them when I see them… same with thrips.
