Please I need help with my grow. Have disease on my plants. Had this last year and plants died. Can anyone tell me what this is and what to do about it

kinda looks like spider mite damage.

If you can zoom in on the undersides of the fans affected, you will see small bugs if it is mites.

Symptoms look like mites but you cannot see the critter with the naked eye. Do you have a loop/scope or a really good camera phone?
