I have 3 plants outside, this is my 1st grow, I’m afraid that they might have started to get a little bud rot, let me know what you think, if it is, is there anything that I can do to salvage it, or anything I can do with it so that it isn’t a total waste

If you’re looking for more couch lock sleepy buzz… You’ll want more amber showing.
I’d say you should cut them in a week, trichs milky with a few amber. I don’t see bud rot, just some leaf tips dying and curling, don’t let a lot of dead material build up, that’s a perfect way for rot to start. You should be ok til harvest. If you want sedation, wait a week or so, if you want more uplifting buzz, cut now.
If you do see actual rot, cut that section out and throw it away, cut generously, better to lose some bud than all!

Did you have any male plants? Ive lived around were there is a lot of wild hemp which can cross pollinate cannabis. To me, your plants look like hemp plants that have been bred.
