Ive been looking to upgrade lights and im def staying LED. ive spoke to several folks on here and my space is a 4x8. I use prolly 4x5 or 4x6 for flower, the rest of the space is used for AC, fans etc…
I think the HLG 600 r spek at 3000 or 3500 is where i need to go. With that light i should be able to flower the entire used area.
My question; is there an advantage to getting it in 240v versus 120v. Both are avaliable.

Hlg-600 r-rpec will do 4x6 if you have to height to have it high enough to cover. If you’re 6’ or higher should be good.
120v or 240v it’s the same driver. Only difference is the plug. Easy to change so it really doesn’t matter.
@dbrn32 which is better for flower 3000 or 3500?
Yes, it will not be used to vedge
Loaded question in the is context.
Hlg doesn’t have multiple options with r-spec. You either get the r-spec or you get 3000k or 3500k.
If we’re discounting hlg’s products then there’s other things to consider like cri and total radiometric output of leds in question. More light is better. In pretty standard 80cri packages I don’t think you would see much difference from 3000k to 3500k. But 3000k is more fitting to McCree action spectrum.
Oddly… after talking with you this week, most of that made sense.
Thanks a bunch man! Im makin the order.
