I do something similar. I cut at about the 1/3rd point, and remove the 2/3rds of cup, leaving a “handle” on the bottom. Then simply lift it out.

Now that I transplanted my gdp into 5gal pot, how far away should I put my light on her? When do you start using your fan? The temperature in my tent is 84 degrees and the humidity is at 45%. I’m running a space heater in the room so it doesn’t get cold in my tent. Do I need to make any adjustments? Any suggestions are welcome!!!

I just turned off the portable heater and turned on the fan. How low can the temperature get down too?

Temps in the 74-82 range with an RH around 60-65% during the early veg stage Growmie. I use a phone app called PHOTONE to set my lighting. Absent of that I would follow the manufacturer’s recommendations

Hello everyone…. It’s been 3 day since I transplanted my GDP fem. And she is starting to look funny to me. Her leaves are two toned green. I had my light on 100% so I turned it down a notch. I also gave her another drink of distilled water. Can someone please help me? Lights ? Water?

Last nite I posted that I’m having problems with my GDP (picture above). She was transplanted on 10/5. I watered her till she run off and let her soak up run off water.? Now last night I watered her again. Temperature in the tent was 84. So I turned off the exhaust carbon fan and turned off portable heater in the basement room. As you can see I have cover on carbon filter. Do I need to remove the cover? Reg fan is on low. Humidity did come up to 51% now and temperature is 76.3.
Please help! Thank you so much!

Do not let plant sit in run off! Use a riser and let drain and soil dries Up than water again.

That may have been a bit much water at this stage. I would also water away from the center of the plant for now. I would definitely NOT let it soak in its own runoff!
What was your pH going in and coming out?
Those are very important pieces of info. She looks like some lockout due to pH is bugging her.

I’m using distilled bottle water. I didn’t check the ph yet, but I just got a ph tester pen that hasn’t been calibrated yet. I guess I have to wait to water again? But I still have the rest of the distilled water that I used yesterday. Should I test that?

Did I read earlier that you use straight distilled water?
If so, if it were me, i wouldn’t use straight “naked” water. Add a touch of cal-mag or silica maybe.

Due to it having no ions, you cant really pH distilled.
Add a LITTLE something to it on “just” water days.
Unless i have screwed up and have to flush, my girls never get just plain water.
