Just kidding, but yeah man think about photos kinda like “perennial” flowers that come back and bloom again each year.
Autoflowers are out of the question and can’t “re-veg”. But a photo period that has been on a 12/12 can be reverted back to vegetative state by switching hours back to more daylight hours.
Typically a person would harvest and leave a few tiny bits of buds on the plant, (it dosen’t take much left on really). Then put the plant on 24hours lights on for a couple weeks or so and the buds will literally sprout new vegetative growth (stems and leafs, that grow into branches)
