This is 100% accurate from my experience.
Some clones i took from a plant in flower.
3 of the 5 rooted good and have new growth, other 2 not so much.
I thought this plant was a photo and turns out it’s an auto so my clones haven’t re-veged.
I’m hoping now i can force some nanners from these clones to collect some pollen.
Very easy 
Harvest just like you normally would expect dont take all the buds.
Leave a bud or 2 hear and there and any leaves if ya want.
Then put the plant under a light set on for 24hrs a day. That’s lights on non stop, and within a few weeks the buds sprout new limbs out of the calyx.
It looks wind and freaky at first as the calyx morphs into vegetative growth

You basically lose those.
The parts of it that don’t “morph”, will simply die, dry up, and fall off.
You can see the progress in my post, lots of others posted theres also. As well as helped me with mine back then. It was actually alot easier then i thought it was going to be.
