Under good conditions cuttings should take around 2 weeks to develop a decent root system and be able to be potted on.
Under bad conditions it can take 4 weeks or more before they develop a decent root system.
You can encourage root growth by using a rooting hormone (gel or powder) available from any nursery/ garden center and most hardware stores. This needs to be applied before the cutting is put into a growing medium so don’t bother now.
You can spray a liquid fertilizer on the cuttings each day. try to use one that has a lot of phosphorus in it because that encourages root growth. Just give them a light spray on the leaves and they will soak up the nutrients through the leaves.
