Need some guidance on how far away my lights should be at 50%…someone today had told me to turn the lights up from 25%. Just seeing if they are fine where they are or should I move it higher?
The best way is to use a light meter, or the Photone app, it’s what I use. Measure the par at the plant and adjust accordingly.

Welcome to the community , That’s kinda tricky question.Some lights would be much stronger at 50 percent than others. I will say plants look very happy. Shooting from the hip start about 24 inches. If They continue to look happy lower the lights a bit

I’d start them at 300 PPFD and see how they react. Expect to increase that gradually to 600 or more for mid to late veg and flowering.
I have a par meter and more often than not i just go by height 24 inches was suggested thats where i usually am, 22 to 24, personally i wouldn’t trust that app but im just going by what i read a few years ago about it
