i planted 2 dos-pf20 after 2 weeks from breaking soil they are 1 inch tall have two leaves out and a second set about 3/16 long . why is the plants not growing? very confused at this point

Welcome to the forum.
The most common cause of stunted seedlings is overwatering. How much water are you giving them? Please post a pic or 2 so we can give you the best advice.

People often forget that cannabis roots “breathe” also. They need oxygen and too wet conditions will smother them. I don’t water sprouts for up to 3 weeks from the time I plant them in soil. Start with well moistened soil and then cover the sprout with a dome. Like this:
See all that condensation inside? ~100% Rh in there. That is all she needs while the roots get developed. Then start a “drench and drought” schedule for watering/feeding. That is completely soaking the planter until water seeps out the very bottom, about 25% of what you slowly pour in, then let it dry out to the point of starting to droop. Repeat this all the way to harvest.

I don’t know how to send pics. So first they are in starting soil and I have 1200 watts of grow lights. The plants look normal just small for 2 weeks. I water till it starts to come out the bottom of the pot and don’t water again until the soil is dry on top. This isn’t my first grow and that is why I’m asking questions now. I will try to get a pic or two when I get help with posting them

Yup, overwatering. Seedlings do not need water. If the soil is moist prior to planting them and you dome them for the 2 weeks while they are laying down roots, then you would only start watering them in a circle around the perimeter of your pot, but never water a seedling at 1 week old til you get run-off. They do not have a root system yet and are drowning which always stunts vertical growth.

is that actual watts or what it said on the box . because my 3000 mars hydro is only 300 actual watts .
