I’m curious on these two here, why do the leaves look like that on the bigger one? Non chlorinated Water is ph to 6.2 lights are set to recommended manufacturer distance. The smaller one was started later because I had one seed not germinate. Plant came out of the soil about a week and a half ago, just gave a watering in the picture so soil looks wet, did around 50ml of water. Humidity is usually around 70% but opened up tent door. Thanks
Welcome to the forum.
The most common cause of problems with seedlings is overwatering. A seedling should only get a couple ml of water per day. More than that can lead to stunting.
Please post pics taken in natural, white light. All we can see is purple and it makes it impossible to see coloration and texture.
Welcome to the forum JT!! Happy New Year!
Welcome to the forum!
That soil is far too wet. Let it dry out before watering again. Cannabis does far better in dry soil than wet soil. The plant will need wet/dry cycles throughout it’s life for proper root health.
Welcome to the neighborhood. Those are some unique looking leaves. I’m not sure what exactly is going on but that was a pretty big drink for babies. Be sure to let it dry out before you water again.
Thank you!
Thank you
Welcome gromie, rest assured you are in the right spot for ANY and all questions concerning MJ. Welcome aboard and will be wathing progress
I agree. And it is hot. Repot her. Moist not wet soil. No nutes. Welcome aboard.
As far as the leaves go, I get seedlings with weird leaves from time to time. Two of them in current grow.
Mine have always out grown their weirdness and have been excellent producers.
Welcome to the forum and ask as many questions as you please.
im using no nutes, i have heard fox farms ocean forest is hot though…
@JT338 This plant (current grow) and its neighbor, both Gold Leaf, failed to produce initial leaves. Never produced a main stalk. First leaves started to form about 10 days after sprouting. They were sluggish and pathetic for another week after that.
Here it is yesterday when it was 70 days old and flipped to flower 27 days ago. The other plants in the grow are 80 days old.
Hopefully this will ease your concerns a bit.
AWESOME! looks beautiful! thanks Merlin
It is. You should not have to feed for 5 to 6 weeks. Monitor the runoff PPM and begin feeding when your runoff PPM is < 1,000.
Correction: 5 to 6 weeks from the last transplant.
FFOF is too hot for seedlings, Happy Frog better for early growth.
Welcome to the forum
Greetings, brother.
Welcome to the forum, it is a wonderful place with all learning and sharing skills.
Not to worry about the mistakes we all learn that way and receive great help here.
I had a wierd shaped seedling come up on a autoflower of Grand daddy purple, on my very first grow and she grew up ok still productive on harvest. Not the prettiest thing but I was happy with it being my very first grow ever.Hang in there congratulations on your start of learning.
