I need help she wilts bad and the tops are light and she has purple stems. Auto northern lights 1000 watt led 24 inches happy frog vermiculite perlite PHd water air pot thank you for the help
First thought, is she thirsty? What nutes you using? You might tag @nicky and get his thoughts.
By info above seems like over water and under fed
I thought she was under watered also but I gave her some extra to take a look and she stayed with heavy droopy leaves and I haven’t given her any Nutrients yet because I didn’t know what was going on with her specially if she wasn’t taking up any water
How big are the pots and how often do you water? If you recently gave extra water and they didn’t recover within an hour then my guess is too frequent watering has caused the wilting.
They are flowering now so you need to figure it out what is going wrong ASAP.
They will need feeding as well. Have you picked out a nutrient line?
You will need to measure pH, ppm, and some way to adjust the pH (pH Up and pH down are two such products) when you begin feeding them.
I let her dry out and she is looking a lot better and I have some Tiger bloom I was going to use (my first indoor auto) (normally grow outside monsters)
You will need the trio of fox farm not just tiger bloom … at a minimal the 3 part gives your macros your micros and a lil inbetween… theres a ton of amendments from fox farm but you can get start to finish with the 3bottle trio cant do 1 without the other probably another 40 to 50 bucks to get you were you need to be with food and ability to adjust your ph… with basic basic food dont expect extravagant weed that’s to be learned… finish out a grow and then figure out what you were missing
This my preferred way to check ph… GEneral hydro gives this with the ph kit…u can get samples free at hydro stores
Listen to this man. She needs nutes!
For checking pH, I would recommend investing in an actual pH meter. I had been using those liquid testers for a while, but with an accurate pH meter, there is no guesswork involved in deciphering the color of the tested liquid with the included color code. I want mine to be as accurate as possible, especially since pH is on a logarithmic scale, meaning 1 point difference in pH is 10x difference in acidity.
I use the Apera pH20. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01ENFOHN8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_7X33VDYH1DC572TDJEKD?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
50 bucks, but comes with buffer solution to calibrate it, and a nice little carrying case. Plus it’s waterproof!
I’ve had 3 pens and they all sit on the shelf now 2 work fine but nothing’s as fast as the liquid to me I dont need really any extra then …mix my nutes water, food… what ever …I dro one drop right into the mix … the color will flash instantly and dissipate inna half a second…when your new to it it’s nice to have a digi till your comfortable…but as I used my digi… back check with reagent liquid drops… after a while your ph up and down is almost the same amount everytime 1 drop 2 drops over gallon… what ever gets your ph to be good where you want it… do the same thing every watering and back check with reagent …eventually you will be very firmilar with the color every watering should be exactly the same color …yellow pee like …if its liiil greener then pee your in range if it’s a lil orange then yellow your on the low side but still about 6.0 pee is 6.3 and greenish is around 6.6 and that range 6 to 6 6 us acceptable …6m5 is a number that basicly fits for just about all nutes … some are more available in a lil more acidic lvls and some are more tword base but 6m5 falls pretty much inline with everything… but I like to fluctuate a lil 6 to 6.6 and to increase availability in all nutes… check this out
See iron leans tword acidic lvls and molybdenum leans more basic optimal
Agreed she’s getting hungry.
Ide want a soil slurry test for PH and tds, I fear the PH may be out as I’m seeing some leaf twist.
What tha tds of your tap water?
