Should I scratch the whole thing and start over ?
I believe you can remove those plants and use a sprayer on the garden hose and wash them.
Wash the tent out too. You might limit the damage since they are not flowering yet.
I have been told water kills cannabis pollen.

I wouldn’t scratch them all. Was this the only hermied plant? If not just keep an eye on them for a bit. It happens to us all.
