I think she just grew some pollen sacs!!! What do I do? Can I cut the pollen sacs off? Should I save the pollen since it should be feminized? Are my other plants safe?

Looks like she might have some nanners. This happened to a buddy of mine with his most recent grow. 2 weeks before harvest they hermied out on him. He was able to salvage the girls but they contaminated his other ladies in flower and a couple of his in veg. Try and pick them off as soon as they pop up.
How old are your ladies???

They are 9 weeks old. So I can cut off the sacs? This is the pack. All same age. But appear to be in different stages. The one in the front right has the sacs. They are all super lemon haze auto feminized. Expected to cut around beginning of February

She has definitely opened and pollinated.

Safe from what? Pollen? Unfortunately not, that pollen is out and about. Looks like she has more growing too.
I wouldn’t save any seed from this plant, those seeds will also carry the trait. Unfortunately.

The are only on a few of the bottom buds, not all over.

So would I be able to melt it keep growing and cut them off as they pop up?

If plan to keep running yes, daily checking and maintenance will be required but no guarantee one will be missed.
Before your next run, wash everything down really well. Lights, fans, tent walls. Good thorough cleaning will be in order.

I agree. You can try and pull them off but it might get a little tough. They are probably gonna start popping up quick. Keep plucking them off and you should be able to get a bit of smokable.
Let it grow out until mature. You can always just turn it into hash if it doesn’t smoke great.
But like @Autos-only said be sure to wash the heck outta everything. That pollen can get everywhere quick.

@Greenga dont feel like you’ve failed because you haven’t, I can tell by the look of that plant you started with minimal knowledge but have quickly learned from reading here and applying it to your grow.
Sometimes these plants just don’t overcome their past, your next run you will be very happy with.
Keep up on the PH a PPM (in and out) you’ll be happy.

Thanks @Autos-only, my husband and I are trying! We just ordered a new HLG 200 Rspec, and diff nutes and what not. Next run we are really looking forward too. Thanks for the encouragement and help!

Get a couple mist bottles and mist the space! The water will negate the pollen. And like said above 
don’t fret over it too much! I had a GG4 that I had in veg for 5+ months it filled a 5x5 and she hermied on me in week 6. We chopped her put her on ice and made the most fire BHO fresh frozen and crazy potent! 
= Lemon 
Ps if you are comfortable w the loss you may want to remove the worst branches etc…

Just doesn’t get the fullest of flavors when they herm. My buddy’s plant was still smokable and he said the effects and potency were still very solid. Mostly just flavor and harshness when they herm. I’m sure there’s a scientific reasoning for that, but I’m no scientist hahahaha

I had a timer malfunction and my lights were coming on for 15 minutes or 30 in the middle of the dark period and it hermied my super skunk and I didn’t catch the flowers before they opened and my whole plant had seeds, about 300 lol and it was like the old days when all weed had seeds. I waited and harvested her like normal and she was some of the best weed I had grown 
great high and dried properly it was great tasting too. I agree with the others pluck flowers and I also wanted to say yes your plants are at different stages because it takes some plants longer to transition from veg to flower, just wait until all those white pistols turn orange before you harvest each. They should be in flower for 8 to 10 weeks. Keep up the good work my friend, @Greenga

Remove all the pollen sacks and spray and wipe the tent down with water. Clean the zippers and all wipe down all the equipment. You may be able to prevent some pollination but the open sacks may have pollinated some of the bud sites. I just harvested one like this and 1/4 of the plant seeded on me but still some great smoke

Seedy weed is a bummer but I am old enough that all weed had seeds when I was young. Then in the early 80’s I started seeing alot more Sensi and it was half and half on seedy weed. We used trays and the ol Orange zig zag papers to clean the weed and let all the seeds roll down.
