HELP. Not sure what it happening!

My plant is 8 weeks into the grow. This doesn’t look like nuteburn because it’s only happening to a certain section of the plant. I have seen a few thrips throughout the grow but I have kept it well under control. This is spreading up the plant and I don’t know what it could be. Any ideas?

Looks like it may be a water burn. I noticed water drops on some of the leaves, water acts like a magnifying glass with the sun shining on it or lights Try not to get water on the leaves when watering.
