Help! My Jack Herer's has yellow tips on new growth only

I’m also on 24h light I’m going to start resting these babies…maybe that will slow down their feeding on the nutes…thank you for all the advice guys I’m going to keep a close eye on miss bubblegum to make sure the yellow doesn’t spread

18/6 20/4 say what you will my plants are always happier with a little sleep

If actually use both, start on 20/4 than a couple months later 18/6 than 2 more months 15/9, two more months than 12/12

lmao I can’t make that many adjustments to my lights 18/6 12/12 just because growing perpetual

That’s a long cycle for indoors you plants must be monsters

if you are scrogging or growing a few plants the longer veg pays off

only way you can get same yeilds as long veg with scrog is master cloning and sea of green only reason being get higher turn over both require reg or fem seeds hard to do anything of sort with autos

How many grow areas are you using?

I’m using 3 for now, I have a corner in my room blocked for starters, my vegitative are in the closet, and flowering blocked in another room, I’m waiting for warmer weather so I can grow outdoors again so all my stuff is temporarily indoor all though this year had a great run with indoor so I’m gunna keep indoor going and start outdoor again when weather warms up lol. My starters get 24 hours of light vegitative are at 24 hours of light for first 2 months than 20/4 for a couple months and cycle keeps going, so keep in mind that’s just my way of doing it every one has different ways

Hmm, never heard them called water leaves before, that is interesting. I have heard them called fake leaves before, but the technical correct term is cotyledon, as I mentioned above, just FYI for everybody.

Happy growing,

MacG

Yea I couldn’t think of the scientific name right off hand thank you for that

lost a sour diesel seedling nute burn on leaf and the “water” leaves are shriveled smdh

Thank You MacG. I see little things like this every time I grow. I do not worry about it.

Also noticed a mention of using seed starting mix. This should have no nutrients. All you newer helpers here, please pay attention. Topic starter did not say he was using potting mix, so answering or talking about potting mixes pros and cons is moot. It also confuses inexperienced growers. Peace

said he was using organic soil, fertilizer, peat moss and perlite…and he was using MG…

cameras pretty shotty but the bag says MG nutrients

And I thought this whole thing was telling him get off the MG to prevent nute burn

I was just seeing if I could get help as well

It is all good. I did not realize you needed help too.

I use a seed starting mnix that contains only peamtm moss, vermiculite, perlite mychorrizae. No nutrients.

Since I do not use MG seed starting mix; I did not realize it contained nutrients. Find another brand.

Once again, and I don’t know how many times I need to tell everyone. If you want to make you own soil; Start with Promix BX, add sterile dirt 50-50 for a soil grow. For seed starting use as is. Get some 30 something -50 something cell starter trays and fill the cells with Promix.

Promix costs me 35 bucks for a 4 cubic foot bag. This is cheap and lasts forever. Exactly what Professional nurseries use. It is what I use in my greenhouse if I am not using Oasis. it depends on the veggie I plant to sprout.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. Sometimes it is best to start your own topic for clarity. Peace,
