Is this an over watering problem? Soil test shows everything in range. First time grower not sure if I have a problem or not.
Plant doesn’t look bad at all. I would trim dead foliage wait until pot is light and dry then feed if not already.
I agree with @MuffDVR2 . Good looking plant, she looks hungry though.
Add microorganisms like king crab, trim the unnecessary lower leaves off. It’s a nice looking plant but it looks like it’s low on available nutrients. The microorganisms will definitely help your uptake of nutrients.

Losing some leaves during veg is normal. If the whole plant starts to turn then you could have issues. Just trim the dead foliage away and feed. Like @StevOz mentioned above, you might want to consider transplanting into a larger pot. When she flowers youre going to have a hard time keeping her upright. She will nearly triple in size during the stretch.
