Yellow leaves on seedling, looking for suggestions please

This is my first grow. I believe I have over watered, giving the plant too many nutrients and possibly root rot. The lower leaves have touched the soil too, so I know those are gone.

Is there anything I can do to save these ladies?

They’re in organic soil, received nothing but water, and generic led grow light at 300 par.

Time to pot them into a larger container with a more loose, airy medium. They may bounce back or not: time will tell.

Time to repot her. She is going to root bind. Top leaves look ok. Switch her and pluck those first leaves. You will be ok. Welcome to the community.

Thank you guys! I will give it a shot and let you know they’re doing fine or how round two is starting out.

Using organic soil it would be wise to check the PH of the medium: take a 1/4 cup of soil, add 1 cup of distilled water (important) and let stand for 30 minutes. Then check PH. It should be between 6.3 and 6.8 PH.

Definitely overlooked that factor. Thanks helping dial everything in.
