Veg plant growing okay?

Hi fellow growers

Starting to notice some of the leaves on this girl droop a little.
Is this a sign of under watering? Watered about 3 days ago. 1/3 gal of water. 15 gal pot living soil.

This is the 2nd cereal milk on the side. The new leaves growing in look perky but the fan leaves on the bottom look small and droopy.

What’s everyone’s opinion on this?
