What’s goin on with this

One of the bottom leaves isn’t looking to healthy. Anybody got any ideas what’s happening. Rest of it looks ok.

Sorry forgot to add that it’s only had water when needed. No feeding.

It probably touched the soil. I don’t pay attention to those first baby leaves after She sprouts her real leaves.
