I am currently curing my second harvest ever. It’s sitting in the jars and I’m almost certain that the smell is what people are talking about when they say smells like hay. Thing is though, it smelled that way before harvest**, like all the way through the grow. The smell is improving with the cure …

Man I dunno, it’s been curing in a jar for 21 days now. Not at all confident that that smells going to go away. I did put some in a grove bag just to experiment, but it’s been sitting at 65% humidity so I’m not sure what to expect once I open it back up. It’s heat sealed so I’m just gonna leave it i…

[image] Strungthru: grow in a not so well insulated shed also. I made a 3x4 room inside the shed and insulated that only, at the time. With in the past month i added some of that expanding foam stuff to gaps and sealed one of the doors up on the double doors that swing out. Now only one door ope…

My shed has a wooden floor, and i cut a hole in the floor and installed an AC Infinity powered fan that you would put in a room air register in the hole for that purpose. My room is just two wooden framework walls that i stuck in a corner, and put r13 insulation in between the studs, and then instea…

It is currently 46°F outside of my shed and this is the current temp and humidity with my setup. [Screenshot_20241214_135615_AC Infinity] The floor register is currently covered with a piece of mylar, and i am having no issues with co2, atleast to my knowledge.

Wow that’s pretty good! The air conditioner…what’s that like? I had planned to just throw a “portable a/c” (unit sits on the floor, connected to a tube which connects to the window to pull air from outside) in the shed and waste a bunch of electricity

I cut a 6 inch hole in the wall close to where the ac ait blow out was. I chose the hisense portable ac at lowes that sells for 299. But i got mine for 75! Make sure if you do this style that you cut the hole to where the majority of the ducting from the ac is out of the room, or you will half to …

Whats the strain and breeder? Only other thing i can think it wouod be is it dried too warm or too quick.

[image] Bfreezy: Yep, every day for the first week or so and every second or third day after that I burp mine 3 to 4 times a day for the first week, twice a day week 2, and once a day for week 3.

Unsure of strain/breeder. It def wasn’t too hot but possibly too quick

That seems like a lot. Does it work for you? I only do it that way because that’s what Growweedeasy Says to do

Hay smell but why?
