Grow Big Issue please help!

Ok so i went to do a reservoir change and my gallon of Grow Big crystalized on me somehow and my roots are in plain water week 3 flower.

I wont be able to get a new bottle in time and have to feed her.

Think i can doubleup on tigerbloom for now and skip the gb? And just add a little extra BB per gallon.

Nope. You need a nitrogen product, which is what GB is. Tiger Bloom is primarily P and K. Adding TB in excess to compensate may cause P and K toxicity.

I’ve seen FF products for sale at Meijer and Walmart. Are either of those an option for getting some today?

You could add some water to the GB and then add enough of the watered down version to get to your target ppm.

It crystalized in the jug. Im not sure whats separated or if some adverse reaction happened. Not willing to risk it

My ec came out perfect at 2 leaving out gb. Doubling tigerbloom and running full str down the board. Which is the same ec i get running at half str down the board on all parts. Guess ill see what happens in the next 24 hours

I guess this was a cry for help that was actually a hey im experimenting and hope it works out post. Because its too late now lol.

Thanks. Shes got a pretty decent mag issue im working to correct today and the whole gb thing happened after i had already drained her res. So she packed full of mag now and missing a few points of trace elements and some major ones too. I have a feeling shell respond pretty well. Might get some unwanted fade at this point though.

It probably wont. Shes already pulling the ec way down. My pH is stable so far so thats good but she definetly wants that gb. Ill make the trip tomorrow and pay retail for some and remix.

Are you storing your nutes somewhere chilly? Or is it unusually cold there now. Cold temps can cause the nutes to crystallize (like old honey). You could try floating them in a bucket of hot ish water and see if the go back into aqueous solution. There’s a good chance they will.

I’ve never used any FF nutes, but I was reading about others having the same issue after I saw your post. The best advice I found was to make sure you shake it up extremely well every time you use it. Probably good advice for all liquid nutes.
