Got my ILGMseeds yesterday. This will be the start of my 3rd grow. Still a lot to learn. So the seeds are both auto’s - Bruce banner and LSD. So the first 2 grows i had germination success soaking the seeds in water. It’s been 24 hours and the root is sprouting on the LSD but nothing on the Banner. So I know I can check ILGM or any of the other sites germination guide, but I’m asking everyone/anyone who has hands on experience. Several questions.
How long should I let the Banner go in the water? Or should I switch to the paper towel method or just plant the seeds tomorrow? Has anyone else had trouble germinating Bruce banner? I’ve had no issues germinating up to now
Also, once I plant the seeds, should I put the light to them before they sprout or wait until they do sprout, or does it even matter?

I would not soak longer than 2 days. I would put in wet paper towel or in the dirt. Either way works.

Some seeds can be a little stubborn.
Unless you put a squirt of H2O2 in with ur water, like @4204life suggests, dont go more than 2 days in soak, the water gets a little rank and harbors bacteria.
I only soak my seeds about 12hrs to soften them up. The trick is to have the medium you put them into moist and warm prior to planting then cover with something to keep them that way for a few days.

My seedlings and small plants will run on 24 hr light for 2 or 3 weeks
12-24 hr soak; then in the dark between wet paper towels until you have 1-in. taproots. Then plant 'em. They don’t need a lot of water, food, or intense light; mostly warmth and humidity at this stage.
24-36 hours is my norm followed by 24-36 hours in a wet paper towel/ziplock bag 
I ended up soaking for 36 hours and 12 hours in the paper towels and they all popped. I’ll sink em in soil today and hope I can post some pictures of this rookies third grow.
