There is a thread dedicated to this with multiple growers that germ with different methods. I use the same method as above. Beans go in the water with a splash of Hydro Perox. Tail within 24 hours and plant. Warmth is the key. Keep them in an environment from bean to seedling at about 80ºF and 80% humidity.
