I have seen this before from time to time. Fresh sprouts where after the cotyledons, there is a hollow empty void. Like it’s missing its middle stem where the first true leaves come out. I have always deduced that it is due to immature seeds. Never thought much of it.
So I was going thru my old seeds trying to clear some stuff out. I found some old 2021 I made crossing dj short blueberry x flo.
Flo did terrible outdoor here, was a scratch. So I used a male Flo I didn’t cull to cross back to the blueberry. Blueberry can take some rain for real. Anyway, never got around to popping any.
This time when I popped the NL seeds, I also did some of these blueberry x Flo. I only did 8, more a viability run than true grow. The seeds were getting older. Weird results, all the sprouts had these empty pit sprouts with no growth in the middle. These seeds were big, hard, dark, tiger striped, and nothing about seemed immature. Such as pale, small, soft seeds. Now some of them are growing a new stem out of the lower stem, as in around the cotyledons. Usually when I see this on a sprout they grow a couple months, loose all their vigor, and quietly pitter out to die. Kinda funny lil plants. Some seem like they are indeed about to pitter out. Some grew around it.

DJ’s notorious hollow stems was solved as being extra hungry on B- or Mn- a while back. I couldn’t remember when I ran into this recently on another breeders work, so I gave both and it solved it. I’d say B- fits your scenario from seed. Wouldn’t hurt to experiment since they drop anyway.
B- “Necrosis develops between the nerves (cell wall formation) and the roots become soft, facilitating the appearance of possible fungi. Abnormal growth of plant limbs, roots swell and stop growing.”
Mn- “Energy transfer, acting as a bridge ion for ATM (Adenosine Triphosphate, the first energy molecule synthesized by the plant).”

When I pop the rest of mine, I will add bugbrothers suggestions to my mix. Once sprouted it’s harder to address. Yours do look just like mine. Thinking back, I checked my journals, and some of my original BB from the DJ short seeds did that too.
@Budbrother sorry for the slow reply. Thanks for the incite. How did you amend them already growing. Can we help out @ScarTizzu?
Welcome to the forum. @ScarTizzu
I touched my finger on 99% boric acid and print to water. 1/16 tsp of Borax would work. For Mn I used 2 ml pineapple mango papaya ferment foliar, but blackstrap would do.
lol, fruit ferment is what I would do too. Too funny. I did not think of the borax. Good idea.
I’m trying blackstrap n see if it’ll come out of it I also threw down 3 more beans to see if they have this same issue time will tell thanks for the ideas fellas
