Frustrated! Help please

Well, I have tried about everything and still plants aren’t growing well. Droopy all the time no matter what I do. I have them in a grow tent at 72f and 50% humidity. Spider light 1000 and I have varied the height from 4in to 2 feet (ILGM grow bible says 4in). I have a fan blowing air around. I have an online fan and filter. They are now a month old are maybe 3in high. The pH of the water I use is 6.2, soil pH is the same. I added some worm castings 2d ago and no change. They drop when watered and when dry. I just can’t figure it out. Any thoughts would be appreciated! The first two pics are from 2wks old and last three are from 4 wks.

I don’t know why I put the whole support ticket. What soil are you using?

You’ve had them in those peat pots for a month?
I’m thinking it’s time for a transplant.
After 2 weeks in a Solo cups mine are ready to move.

This is a long time to be in such a small container.

How much and how often are you watering?

Exactly, and those pots don’t breathe well at all.
I’d be up-potting and checking out the roots before I did anything else personally.

@Tylersays I stopped using them. Did my first solo sprouts in coco and Jack’s recently and ain’t switching for a while.

I would transplant it into something else that will help tremendously

Actually same here! LOL!
I need to up-pot tonight or in the morning. They’re just hitting the bottom of the clear cup and are starting to wrap. No sense in wrapping when they can spread!

Ok, all great thoughts, thanks!

I have varied it and nothing changes. I have waited until the pots are light usually

I let mine go 11 days and they were looking like lightning bolts. Really cool stuff.

Any suggestions on size and material?

Auto or photo? Auto, you may want to get a 5 gallon fabric pot. If it’s a photoperiod, maybe a 1 plastic pot with drainage holes, then later to a 5 or 7 gallon bag, depending on how big you want it.

I’m using happy frog. Was recommended by a number of sites from growing cannabis

Hey i would transplant those as soon as possible what sort of soil are u using for ur plants

At 4 weeks, you should get it into a bigger home and give it a ¾ strength feed. HF runs like 4-5 weeks of nutes, and after that it’s up to you. Mix your nutes, them pH your feed. You’re PPM’s are probably getting low also. What meter(s) do you have?

And don’t just drop those peat cups in the hole. Remove the plant from that and discard.
The run off PPMs of the FF will tell you when it’s time to feed. FF has a pretty strong charge from the get go and won’t need supplemental feeding for at least a month or even 6 weeks. get them into 5gal bags and keep watchingthe PPMs as you give plain water. When you see them hit 1500 or less start half-strength nutes at next watering.
Follow the FF schedule especially when it comes to the flush.
FF has a tendency to hold on to the salts and will cause lock out if you don’t flush accordingly .
You can help keep them lower by always watering to 20% run off or more.

TBH, I go lite run off on feed days, and HEAVY run off on plain water days. But I’m using a coco/peat blend that’s nearly impossible to overwater.

Best of Luck to you!!

Personally I start in a solo cup then go to a 3 gallon fabric pots and then up to a 5 or 7 gallon fabric pots to finish in . I like promix for my medium because you can control the nutrients
