Foxtails? should I trim these? Can I smoke em?

I have harvested 3 colas out of 24, I know the buds will look funky if I don’t remove the foxtails. I’m thinking I will go ahead and trim them off and save them for hard times.
What should I do? I know these Acapulco Gold “Sativa” take forever. They have been in flower for 80 days today, 11 and a half weeks.

I usually cut off the foxtails and throw them out. The trichomes on foxtails won’t be properly mature by the time you harvest since they developed later in flowering.

I leave mine be and smoke it all. :+1:

I leave mine on too but I make qwet or bubble hash and only save a jar of good buds for smoke. They still have plenty of cannabinoids and terpenes but they are much less dense.

What about the high? Headache? Racey?
