I set the default composition to markdown rather than the new rich text. So when you write a reply it should be back to the old way. You can still fiddle around with the newly adopted ‘rich text’ thing by hitting the toggle in the top left of the composition box.
Please someone confirm that we’re back to the old way of doing things!

And with the “rich text” option enabled, it’s the new format…
Perfect, on to trying to fix the unread/read thing in the sidebar.
Any other unwanted changes that we want reverted?

I was typing with one hand in my above post while eating a sandwich, if the reply seems weird.
I’ve found that filtering by Unread is very helpful and is working well for me.
Sometimes I need to re-sort, but no biggie at all.
Oh, and this I’m talking about is on my PC, while most users are on their phones and I think that there are Unread/Read issues with that.
So, solving the phone problems seem more of a priority, seeing that I’m the “only” member using a PC, lol, I kid, but it seems like it most times.

I am right there with you @Twelve1. In the past 7 1/2 years I have visited the forum maybe four or five times using my phone.
I use my Windows PC or a Linux machine for all of my forum activities.
@Twelve1 I forgot to complete my thought.

I had a friend encouraging us to use Linux, and I think that I asked you about it before.
I keep forgetting to upgrade to Windows 11, lol, only two months and a week left for that.

Somehow, i always screw something up when it comes to navigating internet tech and such…

You know , if you ride a crazy Rollercoaster with alot of g’s , you can actually break up alot of the stones…
Depends on the Rollercoaster and how much vibration is received…
You could fix yourself in a day and have a heck of a time while doing it…

Looks like the read/unread thing is fixed in the sidebar too. Looks like it changed to a blue numeric highlight, but at least you can clearly see what’s read and what’s unread again. That one is thanks to the discourse folks!

The pic loading has gone away on my end. Back to seeing only text until entered. Back to one or two at a time.
You mean the ability to load several pics at once? If so, just switch to the other composition window (the M or A toggle in the top left). Downside is that it messes with the chronology of the pics.
