So when flushing to remove salt build up amd prevent nutrient lock. Do you need to re introduce nutrients right after flushing or wait until the medium drys out?

Yes right away. For sure in coco. Soil might get away with not.

Couple times in a hurry I watered only then found out I was at 95ppm between feedings. There must be enough in soil to stay green a couple days

I’m a soil grower and wait until the soil dries out for the next feeding. Soil that is soaked from flushing won’t absorb nutrients very well.

Right away right back to where it’s supposed to be. I’ve done it both ways. If you don’t do it right away you’re plant is going to spend until the next watering with no access to food and may lighten up in color. Mine have.
