Hello there, this is my second time posting and I got curious after i just flushed my plants last night when is the best time to add nutrients again? Should i add them the day after flushing or wait until its time to water again (I’ve been doing the latter option)

Did you run a pH test after flush? Check pH before adding nutes. Less is more and ensuring your pH is good before adding nutes or you could be flushing again.
