Picture might be deceiving! Its only 13 inches from the top colas, should i still lower it?

LMAO it is. Depending on heat at canopy and light power you MIGHT have a few inches but probably not worth the increase.

I know what you mean about the picture being deceiving but LEDs can get pretty close without issue this is about 6" from the cola

I would drop it to about 6-8" above it will help the lower buds too
