Did you give them a good watering after putting them in the new pots? I would soak that soil pretty good.
they are working off the humidity in the air which probably like 60-65 but my research suggest this plant is better grown in Mediterranean climates and likes more heat and low to no humidity Which I have already experienced in the beginning, some stunting due to high humidity but could that maybe be a factor as well no moisture in the air cause I have good airflow so I can’t imagine there’s any humidity in the tent
Seedlings work off the humidity in the air, those are stable plants and need moisture in the soil.
60-65% humidity is good.
Yeah I planted them last night and only did 50% then this morning freaked out when I saw them so sad so I watered to I saw 5% run off just to push some nutes down and get the remaining soil I underestimate how fast roots grow however, lights go off when I go to work when I get back they turn on and they look a lot more perky compared to this morning gonna wait a good 4-5 days till next watering and about 2-3 weeksfor nutes since this is performance soil I just wanted to introduce them to the feed in micro dose since I was using a improv organic plant feed from Walmart but now I got the AN so I put about 3/4 of 1ml of the grow a and b as well as voodoo and b52
Give them some time. Just let them do their thing.
Doing as you said just letting them grow into their new home and they are doing very well the cotyledons are turning yellow and about to fall off soon. However I’m guessing in a week or two I should be able to tell gender but if I put the other 7 in 1g pots would I be able to wait to see which ones are gonna be male/female before I run out of room in the 2x4 don’t wanna get rid of the extras which I hate to do but I don’t wanna do a sog grow my first time around
Plants are looking good. They need to acclimate after transplanting and will recover. To trigger flower in photos you need less light than dark. If you do t know if they are photos or autos, you’ll have to mess with the light schedule to sex the plants. But looking good
Is this a good place to top? Do I even have to top if it’s a indica hybrid dom I do have a trellis net coming in the mail this Saturday but they are working on 7th node so it’s now or never but I don’t want to cut at 4th node might on the other plants but not these four also this was taken right before lights out so they just sleeping
Personally I wouldn’t, but no harm would happen if you did. I like to way until they are a little bigger and stable.
See what the growth structure is before I making any modifications to it.
Started doing some low stress training but if I’m using a scrog net do I even need to practice this form of lst not a fan of the tying down method but I see the importance but if you have good enough light coverage it shouldn’t be a problem for those bud sites to catch up if I just push down the bigger top leaves?
Yea, looks great!
Lucky you. I induced this nightmare last fall.
Got an army of ladybugs, twice.
Hopeful and planning to close down indoor in June.
Final countdown, started.
All right so I’ve noticed 2-3 of my plants have a leaf popping out the center of it I’ve heard this can be a sign of a herm should I disregard the plants from the tent? Also I did some defoliation on the bottom took the first leaves and the fan leaves above it but when should I defoliate some of the bigger ones anyone got a link to a proper guide or how y’all do it?
Two questions for you is this overwatered I just watered last night but the soil is already dry and they already had a little droop. Also what fan leaves should I start getting rid of?
Some of my plants experience end of day droop ( tired like me).
Being a new grower, I saw droop and water heavily, often, daily.
Waterboarding MJ is not a recommended growing proceedure.
Learned to water by weight and avoid late day droop overwatering.
Dry weight much less than wet weight, regardless of top soil feels dry.
Lifting grow bag or planter (5-gal or smaller, Hernia recover, I hope), dry and wet allows you to develop a better game plan.
Too early for fan leaf trim.
Fan leaves are solar batteries and nutrient storage.
Leaf trim will make slower grow and use less water.
Can you mix up some nutrient water and ph it to 6.8 and let it soak for awhile? Like 15 minutes?
Hey sorry late response on call job. I ended up waiting a day to since that’s when feeding was due so I gave them a full watering till run off they look much better! However there was a battle with pests just fungus gnats but and I was a dumb dumb and sprayed essential oil spray an hour before lights out had to leave early that day and when I came back they had gotten little tiny burns so I’m kicking myself for that now I know better. Battle won and hopefully the war! Also saw early signs of what appeared to be wpm but concluded it to be dust but treated for wpm any ways but my humidity stays at 40-50
When’s a good time to start the process?
Which process?
Every action taken to shape the plant slows natural growth.
Visualize the future plant and how do you want it to grow?
I agree with
