Thanks for checking in! I’m about 4 weeks into flower. Silica, 4/2/1 jacks. Ph ~6.1 (though 6.4 when fed tonight).

If ya see something, say something

Here’s the northern lights that is a couple weeks behind and got crowded out. Kept her to a few branches getting light to maximize energy and get what I can.

Ha, yeah kind of a play on that. If anyone notices something that doesn’t look right with my plants, I encourage them to speak up. I’m new, so could miss things.

(And not to make light of that saying. Unfortunately, it’s a reality and we need to rely on each other)

Yeah I know it just brought back highschool assembly days.

I’m about 7 weeks into flower. On one of my plants, I’m seeing some yellowing of the leaves. Is this the time in flower that the leaves start shifting that direction or is my light too intense as they’re getting taller?

Here is my second plant and it doesn’t appear to be yellowing. The plant is also a week and half behind…

Thanks!

From what ive read usually bleaching will start at the inner part of leaf near cola so might be just normal fade you still feeding?

Still feeding based on soil moisture inch or 2 down. comes out to about every 2-3 days. Silica, jacks 4,2,1 ph ~6.3, ppm ~1150-1200/ec 2.4-2.5

The runoff is 2.4-2.5 EC? I would say you might be experiencing fade in that case.

Not runoff. Pre-feed. I take both readings (ppm/ec) out of curiosity.

Whats the runoff like then in that case? If much higher than input maybe a little bit of lockout / nute excess could be happening.. just my $0.02

Either way in week 7 i think it could also be normal fading if numbers are in line

Haven’t checked runoff in a couple weeks. Was in desirable range then and had been prior. I have kept my numbers the same since. Will feed tonight or tomorrow and check to see what it is.

@Caligurl I was looking at other posts about yellow leaves during flower and saw you chime in. Mind taking a look at the post with photos and weighing in? Normal or getting too much N?

Thanks!

Yellow during flower is normal. I’m not familiar with Jacks but, they still need some N during flower, just not as much. You could try a foliage since it uptakes quicker but they look fine to me.
