First Grow - ILGM Sour Diesel Flowering Help- Yellowing leaves

Hey Team,

So, one of the plants leaves have turned yellow, and I’m not sure why. The second plant hasn’t had any color changes to the leaves. I’m 4 weeks into flowering, and I use the Dyna-Gro feeding schedule + Cal Mag. My Electric Sky 180 v3 was delivered on 03/06, and I switched my lights then.

Can anyone diagnosis the issue with my grow?

Fan leaves are the first to go, the rest look good.

@Covertgrower thank you. Do you think that I will make it another 6 weeks to harvest?

I don’t think that I will make it the full 6 weeks.

Absolutely. It’s normal to lose some are all of the fan leaves when in flower.

+1 let it ride. Totally to be expected. It looks like a bit of nutrient burn but it shouldn’t be too concerning

If you want a reference point have a look at the super silver haze in this picture. Excuse the lighting but you can see the toasted fan leaves. This plant is a week or so from harvest. Not worried tho…those leaves will be trimmed off and by the time you’re smoking it you’ll never remember!!

Might not remember much of anything after hitting that! :sunglasses:

Gotta say, it’s the only haze that’s ever kicked my ass. :japanese_ogre:

They look pretty and dank!

Right on, coming along really nicely!

Those fan leaves that are all toasted up can be removed if you want.

I’m actually smoking the first bowls of my Sour Diesel right now :+1:

Nice work! Nugs looking really :yum:

Looking forward to the harvest and curing. Start the planning now.

Continued success. :+1:t3:

@Covertgrower @Deez thank you for the support!!! I removed the toasted fan leaves this AM.

@PP3121 I’m trying to follow the dyna-gro feeding chart and it says that I’m on week 5 of flowering. Should I start the flushing now, then proceed to harvest?

That’s sour D, you’re looking at 9 to 10 weeks of flowering. If you’re five weeks in definitely don’t flush yet. Your buds have plenty of swelling left to do and trichomes to mature.

The run I just finished of sour D needed 68 days to flower. That’s just me and my set up. Yours will almost certainly be slightly longer or slightly shorter

Hey my advice about flowering timing is incorrect. I forgot you’re growing autos. I was taking about photos. Sorry!

Sorry, having tech issues.

The charts are just estimates. Each grow will vary depending on environmental conditions and other factors.

Keep looking at the trichomes. It is hard to see them in the image. Are they mostly cloudy? Mostly clear like glass balls? Once you get a good idea, then you can mange a better schedule for flushing.

All that said, those buds look more than 5 weeks flowering. Autos are usually 8 -10 from what I’ve seen and read here.

@PP3121 @Deez sorry for the delay. I had to order a loupe from Amazon to take a picture of the plants.

Let me know your thoughts.

Thank you!!!

Sorry for being behind. With the tech issues and work hard to find the time. Covert has you covered. I’m still trying to see the cloudy vs clear clearly! :+1:t3:

No worries, I appreciate the help. I think once I know what to look for in the trichomes then I will be good.
