First grow ever! Auto BBY

During veg I always focused on taking the leaves at the top that were blocking the middle. Just stand over the top and strategically take a few from top every now and then.

They look good this morning! No drooping or wilting of anykind. I still haven’t switched to my 18/6 light cycle yet. I read somewhere that the light helps them heal when doing some trimming. I’m also skipping the morning watering and will water tonight when I get home. It could possibly use a couple more to be clipped, but I will wait a little while so I don’t shock them.

I don’t wait! I’ve been trimming as needed and I definitely would not skip a feeding/watering. I don’t like to feed in the afternoon cause that’s a chance of the water sitting to long. And they exchange all that feed for energy.

Just my 2 cents

Hey guys check out the new pics…

I haven’t started nutes yet. Going into week 6-7. I water about 16oz each plant every other day. Also my light is close to the plants since they have grown upward a pretty good bit. Should I raise it, or anything I might want to check.

Looking good man. There should be some manufacturers recommendations for the light height to the canopy. How far is it now?

They look pretty dang good to me also  nice job

They are 12ā€ from the light right now! Reason I’m asking is the leaves usually almost look stiff, even raised a bit. Today I look and they seem weakish, almost going limp on the ends of the fan leaves.

Any pics in true light of them. It also can’t hurt to raise the light to see if they respond to that.

I would only suggest you water to runoff when you do. You might be able to extend the interval you do. If you are in FFOF you won’t need anything until flower. I’m running some autos and one photo in it and only now giving a 300 ppm dose of Flora Bloom. 4th week of flower.

Woke up this morning and they have perked back up. I guess going every other day with the water schedule is kind of ā€œiffyā€ā€¦ manufacturers recommend 20-26ā€ for veg, and 16-20 for flower. I’m at 12-13ā€ so I should prob raise it. I am in FFOF soil and my runoff usually happens with about 16 oz of water.

I will get some pictures this afternoon in the real light! I actually don’t think I’ve ever had them out from under the led…:joy::joy::joy:

Hey guys sorry it’s been a while. Been on vacation and stuff!!! So this is around day 50…and I finally took some pics in normal lighting. I feel like they should be way more developed from other pics from other people’s grows. I haven’t started any nutes. Just straight r/o water.

Whenever you water are you checking ppm runoff?

I haven’t yet. I don’t have a ppm meter to check with yet, and I didn’t think I needed to do that until I was adding nutes. But I can for sure. Is it just a slowing of the flowering process and eventually they will catch up?

I was reading up on my seeds from Bergman and it says they will only be around 32cm- 45cm max

It’s an auto plant right? If that’s the case, its probably done growing since you have clear pistil production. It should keep flowering though. You need to make sure it’s getting enough nutrients though to maximize returns.

You want a ppm meter to see when you do need to start giving nutrients, especially since your in a hot soil. I would definitely recommend grabbing one. How are you gonna push nutrients when you dont know where your medium is? You get what I’m saying. Just a cheap one on Amazon will work. It will help you in other aspects as well, like seeing your plants runoff number to see how she is eating. She looks solid though!!!

Yes sir that’s correct. Ok cool. I raised my light up yesterday. It was about 12ā€ from that tallest little node on that one plant now it’s about 20ā€ from the tallest plant.
