Just thought id let everyone know how my first grow is going,The babies are three weeks old tomorrow from popping out the soil.My friend and i are having a contest type of thing and they seem to be both going well. My friend used a soil compost mix for all of the pot, while i used the soil compost mix in bottom third mixed with perlite and potting mix and compost/soil mix and perlite in top two thirds of pot. I used seedling starter and friend planted seed straight into the pot, i transplanted mine at about 10 days (maybe a couple less). They have had one feed of seasol at 1ml per litre until it started running out the bottom. ph (tested with probe) on mine is 6.6 - 6.8 and my friends is just a little higher, we water with demineralised water which has a ph of 6. something i think (tested with the pool strip things, looking into getting a ph water tester pen. cheers

Yea I’m not trying to say you were, just wanted to give you a heads up on the topic because it’s very easy for new growers to over water and cause issues down the road, and I’d hate to see that happen with you! Your girls look great so far, keep it up!

That will depend on if staying, outside or going under light’s. @deb1

@deb1 , I use a brand called grotex, its a Canadian brand and very happy with it, what part of the country you in,
Eastern side nsw coastal, @Coltfire i was going to try the seasol and power feed just have to do more reading first, ive got 2 -3 days for some research after the rain we got the other night lol
I also use seawol with my other nuts,if you get down to Syd there is a great hydro shop at moorbank, I’m sure you can google and get them delivered, just don’t mention its for pot, as they don’t sell to pot growers, but in store they have it all set up so you can just go in and grab what you need without saying a thing.
