Also just out of curiosity…when I started my plants I didn’t fill the 5gal bucket completely with my med. The med. is about 3-4 inches below the actual top of the bucket. Should I ever add more med. to the plants for any reason?

As far as the ppm meter goes, whenever you get it just holler at me and we will go through it. And for your pots, I have added a bit to the top before. I probably wouldn’t put a hot soil on top, I would do a base seedling mix just to fill it up.

With all the leaves that are defoliated from my plants, is there anything you do with them such as oil, hash, etc…? Just curious cause I have quite a bit already and didn’t want to just throw them away.

If you are asking about the sugar leaves yes you can make just about anything with them. The fan leaves I have heard some people will juice them but not real up on all that lol I have all my trim that I am going to be making budder with but haven’t gotten around to it.
If you use the search engine on the forum there are plenty recipes out there. Some make gummies, vape juice and etc

I do the same as Missiles but will add we use some leaves in salads, but taken during veg. I don’t save the fan leaves for anything but compost.

I got my ppm meter yesterday, and I have fox farm nutes coming as well. I just got a cheap meter it was about $9. Also the other day I attempted some LST, and they are loving it. I’m waiting to do the feeding this evening. Guys they smell so wonderful right now!! I’m so happy …I love that smell!!!

I don’t think I did too much, but within one day the bids on each end of the branches had turned upward towards the light! Aug 5th should be about my 90 day mark. Unless they grow crazy like in a couple weeks it’s going to be longer before they are finished.

So I did my normal watering today, and ph’d @ 6.15. Then I finally did the ppm test and it was 325. That’s after feeding both plants that are both using FFOF soil. Does that sound right?

Yeah; that’s actually enough on it’s own to feed a plant. You are adding supplements for flowering and it’s really a matter of watching the plant to see what she wants. I think that’s about right: I’m doing 4 autos and a photo in FFOF right now and at this point (mid to late flower) I’m supplementing between 300 and 500 ppm depending on the contents.

The one plant is doing really well I think. The other has yet to have any buds even start. Do you test the ppm’s Of each separate plant? My tray at the bottom catches water from both and just tested the overall after watering both.

I’m lazy so I try to run the same stuff through all my plants. I would take runoff from individual pots and not mix.

Hey guys got my nutes in today! Had a little heat stress moment over the weekend. I just pulled her out of the room and sat her in the a/c for a bit. I went down this morning and she was good! I got the FF trio big bloom, tiger bloom, and one other.
