A lot of growers prefer the soak method. I stick my seeds straight in the dirt and have never had a problem.

I soak my seeds in water with peroxide, and then paper towel method if they haven’t cracked.
Then directly into the medium.

24-36 hr soak and then into soil.

One day I’ll try the “straight into soil” method…several people here do that and have great success.

Mine go straight into FFO. No problems…so far so good.

I can’t seem to figure out these initials on the seed packaging. What’s GOA-FAPS stand for and also what’s BAN-FAPS? The only one i know is GSC

I soak them in distilled and peroxide until a couple hours after they crack. Then to a paper towel until almost ½". Finally about ¼-½" in the dirt. No real set time, but takes about 3 days from dry seed to sprout.

I prefer the coco or peat pellets.
I set them up in my box. Just a little wooden box i put together with a heat mat on the bottom. And i picked up that big jiffy plastic humidity dome and fit it inside. I use a florescent light on 18/6. I use this box to start all my seeds from vegies to weed. Clones too. I just added 7 more this morning cut from the gg4 photo i got in a quadline.

Yes im doing 3 this way and 3 in a cup w/water. To see what gives me better results

I do paper towel or straight into soil

I drop my seeds in a glass with a teaspoon of straight peroxide then add a couple tablespoons of water and put it in a dark warm place for 24hrs if it hasn’t cracked I put it in a damp paper towel for 24hrs then into soil.

I soak in water for 24hr then to damp paper towel in a cracked open ziplock for 24hr then into soil if i dont have a taproot atleast 3/4 of a inch long ill let it stay in the paper towel ziplock until it reaches the size id like bigest thing imo is not letting the seed sit more than 24hr in water anything beyond that amd you start the risk of drowning the seeds with this method i typically have a 100% germ rate ive never realy tried anything else if it aint broke dont fix it

Soak in 3 parts water / 1 part peroxide for a day in the dark. Fold in a paper towel and stick in a sammich baggie, then dampen the paper towel with the water peroxide mix. Stick in the dark for another day. Then it’s into the dirt under very low light with another baggie over the cup to keep the moisture in.

All I’ve done so far is drop the seeds in a cup of water. Store in a dark place. Wait until the tail is sticking out a 1/4 inch. In the pot they go.
Usually in 48 hours they’re good to go.

Damp paper towel in a plastic ziplock on a vivosun heat mat around 78-80°F, i cover them with a small clear tote to keep the heat isolated. Im 3 for 3 and all of the popped in less than 48 hours. I kept the room dark other than when I was checking on them.
