Getting closer. I still say no. It’s still awful crystally to me - more like glass than plastic across the board.
Certainly tilting cloudy now… only minimal amberish/brownlike hues here and there though… I’m enjoying trichome threads like this, because I learn what others feel is optimal, or not… .
My gold leaf is just in front of yours in progress… Today is her 8wk
I do see what you’re seeing though… I just Zoomed, and contrasted your last Photo…
Im with the ladys, so close.
Id wait a little longer, i cut w at least some amber so i can feel better about max potency. But also i just grow cuz its pretty. I don’t consume it so i cant tell you what effects youd get if you did chop now. Sometimes i think if you can angle microscope/magnifying glass/gogo gadget eye and see the trics from the side angle instead of straight on you get less light refraction that can make clears look cloudy. Just my opinion though wouldn’t be the first time i was wrong…
Can you drop the tent temperatures?
Yes I can. My average room temp is 78-80.
On wk 6 I Take them down to 65 nights… Low 70s days… it seems to trigger the maturity
So where are things now? Did you Chop yet?
Getting aggravated because it still looks identical. Lol
Got a new full plant pic? Maybe different to different eyes. Hard to see something change when you see it every day, ya know?
The ripeness is certainly motion… I snipped a tiny lower popcorn bud off both my zkittles and gold Leaf and was surprised to find amber in the central sections of them. I’m gonna chop mine Friday. You might want to explore the insides of a Lower snippet .
Update: Friday I took a look at the trichs on the top bud, and it looked exactly what I wanted. So I waited until today for bottom to catch up some and chopped. So I’m now drying at about 68 degrees with 60% humidity.

Hope they turn out like you want.
Congrats I love playing Paul Bunyan. It is bittersweet but i just take it as time to explore a new strain. Good luck on the dry and cure
Sure. As long as no wind blowing direct on flowers. Heck man some guys i know in the sticks hang it in the barn.
If you don’t want couchlock I’d say 90% cloudy, 10% amber trichomes on buds
