Seedling stage always a challenge for me. I like that master kush, ill be interested in how she grows.

Hey brother @W.B.elpaso sorry to hear you struggle with seedlings, only thing I have no control over is popping a good healthy girl, that is why I always start 4, and keep the best 3 after a couple weeks, this grow all are doing great, so we will see if Master kush makes the cut 
All these strains are new to me and I have no preference, Hopeful for apple fritter 32% thc I guess lol. Have a great weekend my friend

Hey yall here we are at day 2 and I decided to water the girls as it has been 5 days since I actually watered other than a couple tablespoons of water to keep the seed moist. And remember that there is dry medium below and around so I can not over water if I am allowing a few days in between watering, I treat mgpm more like hydro and have great success with my seedlings. Miracle grow potting mix is not soil and I treat it differently. And I got a bone to pick with not pouring around the stalk 
to get water to go where I want it to go, DOWN below the tap root that is shooting straight down very quickly! I pour right around the stalk, if you have soggy soil around a stalk for days yes bad, but if you allow the top to dry for two days or more it is not dangerous! THIS is a part of my small plant in large pot and watering to the size of the plant 
I am only moistening the area of medium the plant roots need this week one 16oz cup again, 4 inches in diameter and 6 inches deep. This will get them a few more days. Anyway you guys hope you all have a great weekend. Till next time happy growing yall

Quick update here day 4 okay the girls have stretched about all they are going to but the problem is the helicopter leafs are getting heavy for the new thin main stalks and being under a fan some of them need a crutch, so they can still wiggle but not fall over 
as these leafs usually out grow the stalk for a few few days, all good tho 
here is the closet today and a crutch
Apple fritter and Pineapple express auto both got a little stretchy and now need the crutch, the other two will probably get one but they are holding their own for now. As these helicopter leafs get bigger the fan catches them more, but we will see.

@Dennis62 well good evening bro everything is looking great. I love those crutches.And I agree with you when they’re small seedlings I water mine right at the stem too but I dry them out the same way you do. It’s later after they’re about 3 weeks old that I start putting my water out away from the stem by then it’s already growing those outward roots just kind of the way I learned to do it and it works for me. However I’m not sure it matters I’m definitely not the expert on it it’s just kind of the way I’ve always done it I guess.

@Dennis62 well good morning my friend. Can I think you’re doing a great job all your babies came up and they’re looking well can’t beat that. Yeah that would be really nice if both of my chupacabras were females. I’m going to get them big enough to flip then I’m on clone each one numbering it clone one clone two also numbering the mother plants as a mother one and mother two that way if only one of them turns out to be a female I’ll be able to save that clone and continue with this strand. Got all my water and done here except for a couple that I’m going to do here in a few minutes but they’re in the vegg room easy to get to any time of the day. Everything’s looking really good in my closet I’m amazed at how large the buds are getting on the Shogun. This looks like it might be a keeper. I will post more pictures on the other tread. Not really mine but I guess I took it over

Hey brother boy I wish I had the room you have, hell I won’t even pop a regular seed, and I have several lol, but can’t possibly waste any space/ time if its a male, in my grow I need 3 vigorous plants to all grow and mature around the same time. Wish I could put up a tent too but oh well 
yes sir those Shogun buds are looking fantastic and they are still building glad you are having a great day over yonder my day is going well here. Baby setting and relaxing

Good evening yall here we are at week 1 tomorrow day 6 and the girls are doing great here is the closet today
As predicted they are getting top heavy
but the stalk will thicken and stiffens in a few days or so. And today was 4 days since I watered, today I watered with the same 16oz cup pouring a little wider with 1/2 and around the stalk the other 1/2. It changes as the plant gets taller and wider, and the pedal is to the metal.Here is the leader of the pack Bay burger from delicious seeds she says she doesn’t want to be a seedling anymore, well I call it not a seedling when they have their first true leafs, and hers are developing nicely
Here is second in line Pineapple express auto from Amsterdam seeds, gust a bit behind BB but is quite vigorous too
Here is 3rd bit also very close to pineapple and bay burger, Apple fritter from ilgm, all 3 are about equal with vigorous growth
Here is the one behind, she is less than a day behind, but tomorrow she will not be as big as the others are today
she is visibly smaller and more petite. She is fine but small, we’ll see in another week lol

Good afternoon @W.B.elpaso ha ha yes one of my grow buddies here agreed to take the extra plant 
he has lots of room in his auto grow and he is doing a couple photos, one apple fritter and this one. He started the fritter a few weeks ago so mine may have a short veg period, but he’s okay Hope you are doing well brother thanks for stopping by my friend. Quite day here, more 100* weather, we have had more 100+ days this year than ever. Oh well holler at ya later man

Hey yall week 1 today and all are looking fantastic and no telling which 3 will make it, Master kush may still make it, she and all the others are plants today, no longer seedlings all have first set of true leafs
Bay burger is doing great
Apple fritter is a funny thing, her first true leafs, one has 3 fingers like normal and the other has 1 finger
Pineapple express auto is doing great, she’s closest to the fan lol she gets pushed around pretty good
Master kush is doing fantastic today and makes me optimistic
Well everyone is off to a good start and see how seedlings do great if they have a comfortable root environment, I love the breathability of miracle grow potting mix, makes watering easy Remember that mgpm is supposed to be one of the hottest mediums, but no burning I love this phase of the grow, it’s amazing how fast they grow Happy growing yall hope everyone is having a great week

I like the stretch myself. But you aint lieing buddy. Let them be with good moisture and light, they grow rapidly.
I went to big bear lake for a few days. They doubled in size. My autos are at week 4. Very cool…
well, i deleted my pics already. But i got this one of orange creampop in my gh.
I do love growing outside.
I think this would be a good indoor plant too. Her shape and structure are nice.
You crossed my mind as we were traveling through, went through at needles. I wanted to stop at the gas station depo. But no luck.

Ya, it was pretty nice trip. Only thing i hate is paying out the ass for terrible food. Its everywhere i go.

@Dennis62 well good morning my brother. Everything is looking great with your first week. Thanks for the compliments. My closet is really not very big I just over stuff it . The mud room is actually 32 in x 36 in. The other room that I do my vegging in the little bigger but has a lot of stuff in it . Yes I’m always amazed at how well your plants do in the miracle grow you’ve got that down pat. It always seems to really work well the way you do it. Well I’m anxious to see what the next few weeks brings. Seems like around that third week everything just begins to take off. @W.B.elpaso good morning sir that orange cream pop is beautiful she’s going to be a monster. Great job on her sir. I’m liking the look of that whiskey Zulu too for an auto looks like she is going to make a really good one. I’ve grown the banana kush before Auto. It was really good but it’s been a long time since I grew it it made a good plant though. I think I could do better with it now since I’ve learned more about growing, but yours are looking awesome. @RPgrower thanks man, ive grown this same banana kush before. But the first round i was an auto newbie and messed with it. It didnt do well after that. Im happy to try again using what ive learned. Both are doing better than excpected. I just havent had much luck with the autos. I see other people grow some real nice ones so. Its gotta be me, right. Hey, you all have a happy day✌ im hoping for more monsoon rains

@W.B.elpaso well I hope you have better luck this time my friend. But it might not be you some Auto just don’t do right. I’m grown some and out of the same seed pack have good ones and bad ones. The good ones get about 3 ft tall make some nice buds the bad ones might not make 6 in tall it will still make a little old bud though but it ain’t worth fooling with. I hear they’ve made some improvements on them. But I’m having so much fun with these photos and don’t have a big area like y’all do laugh out loud if I could grow outside I might do some autos just to tinker with them. I started out with autos then switch to photos and I really prefer growing photos for my indoor growing . @Dennis62 thank you for the compliment brother. Yeah it’s always exciting to watch them the first few weeks develop from puny looking little old things to nice looking strong plants:grinning:
