You know some of the best indica strains come from countries like Afghanistan, they grow great in the desert as long as you water properly my friend. I could not afford my electricity bill, my whole closet only runs 335w we had a raise in electricity costs but I am still only spending $22 an ounce seeds, nutes, soil, and electricity, I have paid for my lights several times over :laughing: Hey man Ethos doesn’t really give much information on sativa or indica, I have grown 4 great weeds from them, indica dominant Mandarin sunset & Member berry, 50/50 which I really love and one of my favorite Early lemon berry, and a good one Cherry gar see ya :blush: all their stains are super tricome covered buds and most were beautiful colored plants/ lots of reds!!! I’ll be seeing how the apple fritter goes for sure… i got an apple fritter from ilgm that is part of my grow as well. she seemed to start nice an vigorous too. cant wait to see how she goes for u :call_me_hand:

Definitely following. Ill be popping more auto seeds next week when i return from vacation. My 1st dwc auto turned out pretty good so i decided to build 2 more buckets for this next round. Gorilla Glue in 2 of the dwc buckets, and a few random seeds in happy frog will go in the garden at flower. Happy growing to us all.

Hey mr.D, hope your day is going good. I was wondering if your ak auto an ilgm? Im thinking of trying it out myself. You seem to like that smoke, so im interested. :grin: i like growing lots of different strains in my outdoor grows. I dont have room for 12 large plants though. So im gonna do autos on a few next year. Just getting to find quality genetics for autos
Ive tried a few in the past, i wasnt very successful in my efforts. Ive changed my ways with them and gotten a bit lighter touch. So im trying them again. I got gelato and banana kush autos ilgm.

Hey brother @W.B.elpaso my only auto is a pineapple express auto from Amsterdam seeds. I was growing several autos in the past, but I wasn’t happy with the quality, I got good yields but the buds were fluffy, this pineapple express has always given me nice dense nuggets, maybe they need more light than my 100w boards give idk :man_shrugging: my photos are all dense? And yes I love pineapple it helps with my neck pain levels and has a nice balanced high :smiling_face: I hope you have good luck with your autos outside, my daughter didn’t have much luck with them, flowering too early, she grew them inside under led light till they were bushy 8 inch plants, and she even got use to sunlight before planting them outside… too much sun? She did plant them in full sun :sun_with_face: her yard had no shade and she refused to build a shade :rofl: yeah not good when we go from winter to 100+ with very little spring. NEWSFLASH PINEAPPLE EXPRESS AUTO BROKE GROUND ALSO :grin: 3 HAPPY HEALTHY BABIES TODAY :+1:still waiting on Master kush. My new grow is off to a great start, I always stress the birth process, but now they are plants I know what to do :sweat_smile: 3 days to pop is nice and vigorous, love that 3 are off to a great start together, very cool :sunglasses: happy growing yall :blush:

Okay yall no domes for me I put a fan on them from day one and make them wiggle a little bit. I have my tower fan on low oscillating :grin:

Something no one ever talks about when talking about planting a seed or a seedling in a large pot, in order to have a good environment for the roots the soil needs to be pre moistened, some people pre moisten the whole pot, I only pre moisten the area this size plant needs, an area 4 inches in diameter and 6 inches deep with one 16oz cup of water. That will be it for these little critters for the first few days, aways keeping in mind the soil around and below the damp area is dry and saps away excess moisture from the moist area. But I do not allow my root zone dry out ever!!! A couple to a few days in between wetting the area of the plant, hight and width, until the plant is tall and wider than the pot, then water to run off :grinning: I reiterate that a couple of days is long enough for the roots of the plant to get all the oxygen they need, oxygen is invasive, it will get into every crack and crevice deep in the soil. Drying out stresses a plant out, too much oxygen is detrimental to the roots therefore the plant. My soil which I hate calling it that, its not soil!!! It’s wood chips and sphagnum and peat moss with some coco and perlite and time released nutes. And I treat it like coco to a certain degree, mosses retain moisture better than coco, but I flood the root zone every couple to few days. Well I have a day or two to think about it.
