Decarboxylating wet trim

Do I need to cure my wet trim? Or can I decarboxylate right away?

I usually freeze any I plan to process. This allows for breaking down the bud for thorough decarb. You can decarb while it’s wet, but breaking it up first is better.

Either way, you don’t need to cure it…

You can decarb right away, I’ve done this several times even with flowers for edibles.
I would recommend lower and longer temp times, and you may need to check on them mid way to check to see how dry they are, and adjust time as needed.

Thank you. What if you’re going to make hash? Is it better to decarboxilate? Or does it matter?

I don’t make hash. I don’t believe it needs to be decarbed.

How potent are these tinctures?
Will one drop have an effect?

Have you made this tincture? And is one drop enough to have an effect?

I made a tincture last year that was so-so. I placed it in my medicine cabinet and forgot about it. Pulled it out the other day, placed a drop under my tongue and went on a three hour trip. Aging it seems to have made it more potent…

We made butter out of a bunch of trimmings and my wife used it in a pan of rice crispy treats and I got so high I couldn’t lift my head off of the picnic table for like 3 hours it was almost like I drank to much. Lesson I learned, let my wife try the treats first next time lol.
