Do I need to give my plants any dark time before switching them to flower?,have heard so many conflicting theories, confused.

Welcome to the forum.
Some growers complete a 24-hour dark cycle, but I’ve never read any research on it. I always just go from 18/6 to 12/12 all at once.

Welcome to thecommunity! I also go from 18/6 to 12/12. With a push of the button from Veg to bloom and never had a problem . Usually takes 7 to 10 days Before I actually see flowering start. good luck
