Curing in a fridge

Has anyone tried turning up a refrigerator to its highest setting and curing in the fridge. I hate to do it, but my garage is 90 degrees, as i am in southern California. So any thoughts.

My fridge runs at 16% humidity. A cure should take place at 60% humidity.

What if he were to lay a pan of water in the fridge with it? Might be more work keeping it full.

Well i appreciate the comments, but just gunna cure in a jar with some bovida packs in the cabinet in the garage. Hopefully the heat doesn’t tear apart my buds.

No room inside the living space? That would be much cooler.

Yes, but the wife doesn’t like the smell.

I have same temp and humidity issues. For next grow I’ve set up a DRYING tent with a portable AC unit and the AC Infinity T3 humidifier. This should be able to be dialed in to temp and humidity without any problems. Hope to solve my drying situation.

If your humidity meters have been in there for a minute, and that is the true humidity in your jars, that seems very low, Growmie. I have mine in grove bags and the same meters and they are around 64%rh in the bags.
